Dilmah Tea Masterclasses are immersive educational experiences designed to deepen participants’ understanding of tea beyond the standard cup. Led by subject experts, these sessions explore the art of tastings, tea gastronomy and the science of tea & food pairings, offering hands-on insights into creating inspired culinary and beverage experiences. The Chefs & the Teamaker

Launched in 2008, ‘The Chefs & the Teamaker’ series by Dilmah saw groups of intrepid international chefs descend on Sri Lanka for a unique culinary adventure that covered some of the most exotic locations on the island. With the objective of integrating tea into modern lifestyles, this innovative series encouraged these celebrity chefs and restauranteurs to experiment with various Dilmah teas and local spices, all while enjoying the warmth, camaraderie and hospitality of being together in Sri Lanka.
