Green Rooibos with Cardamom, Ginger and Orange
Ingredients
Cardamom Cooler
- 80 ml Cardamom, Ginger & Orange infusion (5 minute brew chilled)
- 30 ml Tanqueray no. Ten gin
- 1 Lime wedge
- Tonic
Method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball and stir
Garnish with an orange zest and a cardamom leaf
