Dilmah Infusion Used
Rooibos with Ceylon Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger & Nutmeg
Ingredients
The Creek
- 100 ml Cinnamon, Turmeric, Ginger & Nutmeg (5 minute brew, chiled)
- 40 ml Colombo no.7 Gin
- 15 ml Orange juice
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
- 1 fresh lime squeeze
Method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigurously
Double-strain into a chilled wine glass
Garnish with cracked cinnamon and an orange zest
