Dilmah Infusion Used
Rooibos with Ceylon Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger & Nutmeg

The Creek

  • 100 ml Cinnamon, Turmeric, Ginger & Nutmeg (5 minute brew, chiled)
  • 40 ml Colombo no.7 Gin
  • 15 ml Orange juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 fresh lime squeeze

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigurously

Double-strain into a chilled wine glass

Garnish with cracked cinnamon and an orange zest
