Red Rooibos with Turmeric, Ginger Root, Chocolate and Almond
Ingredients
Velvet
- 100 ml Chocolate, Turmeric, Ginger & Almond Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)
- 25 ml Bacardi 8
- 25 ml Pear juice
- 25 ml Orange juice
- 10 ml Honey syrup
- 1 fresh lime squeeze
Method
Build all ingredients in the ice-filled highball, start with the pear juice.
Garnish with a pear fan and a kaffir leave
