Velvet

  • 100 ml Chocolate, Turmeric, Ginger & Almond Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)
  • 25 ml Bacardi 8
  • 25 ml Pear juice
  • 25 ml Orange juice
  • 10 ml Honey syrup
  • 1 fresh lime squeeze
Method

Build all ingredients in the ice-filled highball, start with the pear juice.

Garnish with a pear fan and a kaffir leave
