Guided by this purpose, founder Merrill J. Fernando established the MJF Foundation and Dilmah Conservation, pledging 15% of pre-tax profits towards caring for people and nature.
For Dilmah, kindness is not a campaign. It is the founder's belief that business must serve people and nature with dignity, compassion, and responsibility.
