This year marks 30 years since I joined Dilmah. I couldn’t be happier and grateful to be here. I’ve grown and seen my career progress from a production clerk to a product supervisor, purchasing coordinator and now a production executive. The benefits of work-life and the
freedom I get here is what makes me happy in life. What I admire the most in our Chairman is his 100% involvement in operations. He is relentless in his pursuit of greatness and very systemic at what he does. Merril J. Fernando is a true inspiration to us and the world. His humility, passion and purpose shine so brightly through his achievements today. It is an honour to work with an individual like him.
